Shipping and Returns

Purchase: You can make your purchase or check our website 24 hours a day. From Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. we are available for you by phone, WhatsApp or email.

If you have something to tell us, we will appreciate it, as it helps us to improve.

Order Cancellation: If your order has not yet been prepared and shipped, you can contact our customer service department at info@ideofarma.es and request cancellation.

You can also refuse delivery when our courier arrives to deliver it to you.

Return and Refund: If you have already received it, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the same to return it to us. You do not need to justify anything. After these days the withdrawal period will end.

· The product must be in good condition, unopened and unused. No refund will be given for used or damaged products.

· The return costs will be borne by the buyer as set out in the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and will be €6.

· Send us an email to info@ideofarma.es and we will instruct the transport agency to pick up the product.

· Once we have received the product, we will process the refund of the amount paid within 24-48 hours and you will receive it using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

What happens if I receive the wrong order?

· If the product you have received is incorrect, please inform us by email or WhatsApp and we will resolve it as soon as possible.

· If it has arrived damaged, please let us know within 24-48 hours of receipt, attaching a photograph of its condition.

· Ideofarma SLU undertakes to reimburse the amount of said product or replace it.

Order Modification: We do not currently have this option. You can only return or cancel it before it is shipped.

We guarantee that you will receive your order within 24/72 hours (working days) to the peninsula. To the Balearic and Canary Islands it may take longer due to customs procedures. The cost per shipment is €3. Although our shipments are FREE from €30.

We also have a 24-hour URGENT service at an additional cost of €5.

Our payment methods are secure and commission-free, with PayPal, Bizzum and credit cards. You can also pay cash on delivery with a charge of €3.
